Order Cancellation Policy

At brandgifts.in, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it. Simply send an email to order@brandgifts.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Please Note:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

• Personalized or customized product orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once the order has been confirmed.

Replacement Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement.

To initiate a replacement:

• Please inform our customer service team within 2 hours of receiving the product. You can reach us at order@brandgifts.in or call us at +91 9713048660 (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM).

• We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged product and ship a replacement at no additional cost, although shipping charges may apply.

• Please ensure that the original product packaging and tags are intact when returning the item.

      

IMPORTANT : No returns or exchange will be entertained without unboxing video.

Important: Returns are not applicable for personalized items unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
