When placing an order, the customer authorizes brandgifts.in to forward the order to the respective merchant/vendor and ensure the product is delivered to the specified address. Brandgifts.in acts solely as a representative of the customer and not as an agent, with responsibilities limited to those of a bailee under the Contract Act. This transaction creates no seller-buyer relationship between brandgifts.in and the vendor/merchant, and all sales occur directly between the customer and the vendor/merchant.

All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), and products are delivered only within their respective cities.

Delivery and Orders:

• Normal delivery times are between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day; orders after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

• For items delivered via courier, speed post, or registered post, respective policies apply. Brandgifts.in reserves the right to charge for orders that are rejected or returned due to non-delivery.

Brandgifts.in is not liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by curfews, government actions, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses, or acts of war. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion. The company’s liability is limited to the retail cost of the purchased items.

While we strive for prompt delivery, delayed or early deliveries, regardless of cause, will not entitle customers to damages or compensation.

Brandgifts.in is not responsible for mis-deliveries resulting from incorrect information, such as the recipient misappropriating or damaging the gift upon delivery.

• In certain circumstances, perishable gift items may be substituted with less perishable alternatives to avoid spoilage during delivery, without prior approval from the sender.

In accordance with the Government of India, all orders within India are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). Brandgifts.in is fully GST compliant, and each product is categorized according to the relevant GST slab (5%, 12%, 18%, or 28%). GST will be added to the cart value at checkout based on the items purchased.
